Zyntriax provides web design, development, and related digital services. Each project is governed by a specific proposal or statement of work that outlines the scope, timeline, and deliverables.
2. Payment Terms
Project fees are outlined in the proposal. Typically, a 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or launch. All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. Zyntriax retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client input may result in project timeline adjustments.
5. Limitation of Liability
Zyntriax is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the performance of the websites we build.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zyntriax operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate local courts.
